Health and Social Care Course

Interior Design Course

Upcycling Textiles Course

Reduce waste and re-purpose your unwanted clothing into new garments, homeware and accessories.
Make a bag from preloved jeans or a dress from unwanted T-shirts or shirts. Add embroidery to old jumper to give them a new lease of life. Join the trend of visible mending and learn the most recent techniques.
You will learn techniques and finishes to ensure a high quality finish to all your product. Gain the confidence and ability to realise your creative idea.

Taichi for Health  

In this Taichi class, we promote holistic well-being through integrating health and rehabilitative benefit into Taichi practise. Using gentle, fluid, carefully structured sequences to activate and re-educate parasympathetic nervous system, improve balance, expand consciousness and become more mindful.
