Patchwork Course Information
Join our Patchwork and Quilting classes at the Kentwood Centre, led by the highly experienced tutor, Elizabeth Coates. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced quilter, our classes provide the perfect environment to improve your skills and meet fellow enthusiasts.
Patchwork – Beginners
Come and learn a variety of techniques to make a beautiful quilt. This project will be suitable for all abilities. Individual components of the quilt could be used to make smaller projects such as a cushion or runner instead. Students are also welcome to work on their own projects under the guidance of the tutor. The cost of materials is not included in the course fee. Please read the full description in ‘More details’ below before completing your enrolment.
Patchwork – Mixed Ability
Join this welcoming mixed ability class to explore a range of quilting techniques while working on a beautiful quilt project. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, you’ll be supported to build your skills at your own pace. The quilt design can be adapted to suit different levels, and individual components can also be used to create smaller items such as cushions or table runners. Learners are also welcome to bring their own quilting projects to work on with tutor guidance.
