Yoga for Beginners
If you’re new to Yoga, our Wellbeing – Yoga for Beginners courses provide a supportive environment to learn foundational postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation methods. These classes aim to build confidence, strength, and balance at a comfortable pace. Feeling stiff or tired from sitting? Need to relax and stretch your body? This yoga class is perfect for beginners looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and restore balance. You’ll be guided through simple, accessible poses designed to relax your muscles and improve mobility, with an emphasis on breath and mindfulness. No prior experience needed—just wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat if you have one.
Yoga for Improvers
For learners ready to deepen their practice, our Wellbeing – Yoga for Improvers courses offer the opportunity to explore more challenging postures and sequences, while continuing to focus on breath and mindfulness. Take your yoga practice to the next level in this class designed for improvers. Building on basic poses, you’ll explore deeper stretches, strengthen your body, and refine your alignment. This class is perfect for those looking to increase flexibility, improve balance, and enhance mindfulness. You’ll be guided through a series of movements that challenge your muscles and help you feel more energized, with an emphasis on breath control and flow. Previous yoga experience is helpful but not required.
Yoga Workshop
Suitable for all abilities, this gentle and supportive session focuses on improving flexibility, reducing stress, and restoring balance. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some Yoga experience, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible poses that promote relaxation and mindfulness. Adjustments and variations will be offered throughout to suit individual needs.

Yoga Courses – What to Expect
- No Prior Experience Needed: All levels are welcome. Beginners receive extra support and work through simpler versions of exercises, while more advanced students progress according to their abilities.
- Health and Safety: If you have health concerns, it is recommended to consult your doctor before enrolling. A health and safety questionnaire is part of the first session.
- Late Joiners: You can join the course at any time and will receive additional support if joining after the first session.
- Course Structure: Classes include a mixture of demonstrations and practical tasks, with positions modified if necessary to suit individual needs.
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, socks or plimsoles, and a Yoga mat. Bringing a small bottle of water is also advised.
