Dive into Illustration and Botanical Art Courses
We’re excited to spotlight two distinctive courses in our Drawing & Painting programme this year—each offering a unique and enriching path for developing your artistic voice.
Drawing & Painting – Illustration
Perfect for those with a passion for storytelling through visuals, this course introduces learners to a broad range of traditional illustration techniques. From technical drawing to editorial and commercial applications, such as children’s books, greeting cards, and packaging, you’ll gain hands-on experience with core elements like line, tone, colour, texture, shape, and pattern. Through short creative briefs, you’ll experiment with different styles and traditional media—ideal for building both skills and a portfolio.

Drawing & Painting – Botanical Illustration & Decorative Florals
This course celebrates the elegance of the natural world, guiding learners through a rich variety of botanical art techniques using ink, watercolour, and pencil. You’ll take on a series of mini-projects exploring everything from precise observational drawings of plants to expressive, stylised floral compositions. Whether capturing the delicate structure of a bloom in watercolour or designing a repeat pattern for surface decoration, this course helps you discover the creative potential of botanical themes.
Both courses offer structured learning in a relaxed, supportive environment—perfect whether you’re new to art or building on existing skills. Expect to walk away with not only beautiful pieces but also a deeper confidence in your creative abilities.
Seasonal Creativity – Festive Floristry Returns
Our much-loved Floristry – Christmas Arrangements course is back this year, offering the perfect way to embrace the festive season with style and creativity.

In this joyful short course, you’ll learn how to craft beautiful Christmas table arrangements and a traditional door wreath, using seasonal foliage, flowers, and decorative elements. Whether you’re decorating your home or creating handmade gifts, you’ll come away with festive pieces that capture the colours, textures, and warmth of the season.
